Meet our Staff

Mr. Lucio Micolta is one of the Managing Members of ENCO. He has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He has overseen residential, commercial, and civil projects in the USA and Latin America. 

Mr. Wilson Sanchez, PE is one of the Managing Members of ENCO. He has over 25 years of experience in both design and construction. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Florida, as well as a licensed General Contractor.

Ms. Isabella Micolta, PE came to ENCO after working 1 year in the energy sector. She graduated with her master's in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech, and is currently a Project Engineer. She is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Florida.
